Rebecca Berrington — Hydrogen rebuild + affiliate engine

Rebecca Berrington runs both a design service and a product line, and the existing site couldn't carry both. They needed a flexible front end, a real affiliate program with automated payouts, and a content layer the team could update without filing developer tickets.

What we did

• Rebuilt the front end on Hydrogen with server-side rendering for fast, SEO-friendly pages and decoupled content management.
• Designed a sticky, animated experience with a light/dark mode toggle and complex micro-interactions that feel like a designer's portfolio, not a template.
• Built a custom affiliate program where customers create their own discount codes and receive automated PayPal payouts on usage.
• Implemented account creation, customer login, custom contact form (Sendgrid) and PDF invoice download for the service side of the business.
• Integrated Klaviyo for marketing automation, segmented by which side of the business each contact is interacting with.
