Mobile Applications

In addition to our website, we develop and operate branded mobile applications on behalf of independent service professionals — such as personal trainers, beauty and wellness providers, and similar booking-based businesses — to help them deliver services to their own clients. This section describes additional information that may be collected when you use one of those applications.

Data Collected in Mobile Applications

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, and (where relevant to the service) date of birth and gender.
  • Health, fitness and wellness data: information you provide to your service provider to receive the service, which may include height, weight, body measurements, goals, session logs, progress notes, and photos you upload. Where this constitutes special-category data under GDPR, it is processed only with your explicit consent for the purpose of delivering the service you booked.
  • Emergency contact: an optional name and phone number you may provide so your service provider can reach someone in case of emergency.
  • Communications: chat messages exchanged between you and your service provider inside the application, as well as onboarding or intake questionnaire answers.
  • Payment records: the amount, date, and payment method label your service provider records for sessions or services you have received. Card processing is not performed inside our applications and we do not store card numbers.
  • Technical data: push notification token, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate language and region, crash logs, and authentication session data.

How This Data Is Used and Shared

Data entered into a mobile application is visible only to you and to the specific service provider whose branded application you are using. It is not shared with other service providers or other clients. We do not use your data for advertising, and our mobile applications do not contain advertising SDKs, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-app tracking technologies.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the application (typically via Settings → Delete Account). If you are unable to access the app, you may email info@codersy.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 7 business days.

Retention (Mobile Applications)

  • Account and service data, chat messages, and uploaded photos: retained while your account is active and deleted when your account is deleted.
  • Payment records: retained for up to 11 years, where required by applicable accounting law.
  • Push notification tokens: deleted on sign-out or account deletion.
  • Crash and technical logs: retained for up to 90 days.

Sub-Processors

In addition to any sub-processors listed elsewhere in this policy, our mobile applications rely on Cloudflare, Inc. (application hosting, database, and storage) and on Expo, Apple, and Google (push notification delivery and application distribution).
