The Challenge

EasyPass was running on a legacy stack that couldn't keep up with where modern LMS platforms had moved — AI features, real-time classrooms, B2B onboarding. They needed a rebuild that didn't break the existing user base or the existing PostgreSQL data.

What we did

01Rebuilt the platform on Remix (React Router 7) and Node.js while keeping the existing Postgres database and user data intact — zero data loss at cutover.
02Integrated AI features: automatic transcription of class recordings, AI-generated homework based on lesson content, and AI-driven learning analytics.
03Built real-time chat, integrated video conferencing for online classrooms, and scheduling for live tutoring.
04Added B2B-ready capabilities: custom branding, enterprise user management, progress tracking and analytics for corporate training programs.
