EasyPass — Remix rebuild + AI tutor and transcription

EasyPass was running on a legacy stack that couldn't keep up with where modern LMS platforms had moved — AI features, real-time classrooms, B2B onboarding. They needed a rebuild that didn't break the existing user base or the existing PostgreSQL data.

What we did

• Rebuilt the platform on Remix (React Router 7) and Node.js while keeping the existing Postgres database and user data intact — zero data loss at cutover.
• Integrated AI features: automatic transcription of class recordings, AI-generated homework based on lesson content, and AI-driven learning analytics.
• Built real-time chat, integrated video conferencing for online classrooms, and scheduling for live tutoring.
• Added B2B-ready capabilities: custom branding, enterprise user management, progress tracking and analytics for corporate training programs.
