About the UNSTRAP project

The Unstrap website was built using a variety of technologies, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The development team created the entire theme from scratch on Shopify 2.0, implementing a range of features and functionalities to enhance the user experience.

One of the key features of the website is the ability to support multiple currencies. This was achieved through integration with a multi-currency app, which allows customers to view prices and checkout in their local currency.

The website also supports multiple languages, which was made possible through integration with Langify. This translation app automatically translates the website content into the customer's preferred language, providing a more personalized experience.

To improve the website's usability, the team implemented custom collection filtering. This feature allows customers to easily filter and sort through products based on their preferences, making it easier to find what they are looking for.

Another notable feature of the website is the product page filters, which display images as customers switch between product variants. This adds a level of interactivity to the shopping experience and can help customers better visualize the product before making a purchase.

The website also includes a WhatsApp sticky button, which makes it easy for customers to contact the store directly via WhatsApp for any inquiries or support needs.

Customers can also register and log in to their accounts on the website, which provides a range of benefits such as saved payment information and order history.

Finally, the team integrated Klaviyo, a newsletter service, to help with customer engagement and retention. This integration allows the store to send targeted email campaigns to customers based on their behavior and preferences, increasing the likelihood of repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
