About the Nude&Rude project
The NudeAndRude website was developed using a range of technologies, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The team built the entire theme from scratch on Shopify 2.0, incorporating various features and functionalities to enhance the user experience.
One of the key features of the website is the ability to support multiple currencies. This was achieved through integration with a multi-currency app, which allows customers to view prices and checkout in their local currency.
Another important aspect of the website is the ability to support multiple languages. This was achieved through integration with Weglot, a translation app that automatically translates the website content into the customer's preferred language.
To improve the website's design and functionality, the team also integrated a page builder tool called Shogun. They used this tool to build some of the landing pages on the site, which helped to create a more engaging and interactive experience for customers.
The website also features product tabs that display additional information about each product. The information for these tabs is pulled from metafields, which allows for greater flexibility in displaying and organizing product information.
