Import Fails or Returns Empty
- Verify the URL is a public product or collection page
- Check that the source site is reachable (no geo-block or auth required)
- Retry the import — some sites rate-limit aggressive scraping
Images Not Imported
- Confirm the source images are publicly accessible
- Check that the file format is supported (JPG, PNG, WebP)
- Very large images may take longer to process
AI Output Looks Off
- Try adjusting or creating a new prompt template
- Confirm you have sufficient AI credits for the operation
- Use the regenerate button to try again — each run is independent
