Overview
Most loyalty apps pay rewards out as discount codes: customers have to find them, copy them, and remember to paste them at checkout - and most never do. Loya turns repeat purchases into native Shopify store credit instead. Customers earn points for orders, signups, birthdays, referrals and the ways to earn you choose, then redeem them as store credit that applies automatically at checkout as a payment method - nothing to copy, nothing lost in a forgotten inbox.
On top of the points program you can add store credit cashback on every order, VIP tiers with earn multipliers and tier-exclusive rewards, bonus campaigns, a daily spin and paid memberships. Balances show up everywhere your customers shop: in your theme, on a hosted loyalty page, in customer accounts, at checkout, on Shopify POS and in Google Wallet. A revenue dashboard shows exactly how much of your revenue the program drives, and loyalty events sync to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow so your email and automation stack always knows who earned what.

Data Access
Loya only requests the Shopify permissions it needs to run your loyalty program:
Store data
- Orders (read) - to award points and cashback for purchases and handle refunds
- Customers (read and write) - to keep points balances, tiers and referral status on each customer
- Store credit (read and write) - to issue and reclaim the credit customers redeem
- Discounts (write) - for rewards that use discounts, free shipping or free products
- Gift cards (write) - for gift card rewards
- Products (read) - for product and collection earning rules
- Companies (read) - for B2B loyalty
Uninstalling revokes access immediately and Loya deletes its program data. Store credit, gift cards and discounts already issued to customers stay in Shopify. Customer data requests can be exported from the Privacy requests page in the app.
