The Challenge
Blossom needed a complete digital presence built around how customers actually shop for essential oils — by intent (sleep, stress, focus) rather than by SKU. They also needed content that positions them as a credible wellness authority in the Serbian market.

What we did
- 01Designed and built the entire storefront from scratch with a calm, nature-led visual language that reflects the brand's POV.
- 02Implemented purpose-led navigation so customers can browse by intent — stress, sleep, energy, immunity, focus, hormonal balance — instead of by product type.
- 03Built a content hub with guides on essential oils, diffusers and aromatherapy practices to capture wellness-intent search and build authority.
- 04Localised the entire experience for the Serbian market — language, payments, shipping — so the checkout feels native, not translated.
