The Challenge

Majema's previous site was outdated and buggy and couldn't keep up with the SEO and performance bar a modern publisher needs. They wanted a rebuild on Shopify Plus that worked for both teachers and parents, in two languages, with a checkout experience tailored to educational purchasing.

What we did

01Rebuilt the storefront on Shopify Plus with a calm, education-friendly visual language and intuitive product browsing for printed books, planners and e-learning content.
02Implemented a customised checkout flow that fits the realities of school and individual purchasing without confusing either audience.
03Restructured collections and content to support two languages and align with parent / teacher search intent.
04Tuned page speed and Core Web Vitals end-to-end so the catalogue stays fast even on heavy product pages.
