Woolona sells Woolmark-certified merino across men's, women's and children's lines and needed a storefront that communicates premium quality, supports three regional markets, and ships reliably across the region without third-party-app drag.

03Integrated DHL as primary carrier with real-time rates at checkout and automated label generation across SI / HR / IT.
04Configured Shopify Markets so each country gets localised language, currency, payment methods and pricing — one stack, three storefronts.
05Tuned Core Web Vitals end-to-end (image compression, lazy loading, JS reduction) for fast loads across the region.
06Surfaced Woolmark certification and customer testimonials throughout the journey to anchor trust at high-friction moments.
